On 7 January 2021, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) decided by consent that Mr Trajan John Kukulovski’s liquidator registration be suspended for a period of three years from 15 January 2020.
With agreement of the parties, the AAT decided that the 13 December 2019 decision of the Disciplinary Committee to cancel Mr Kukulovski’s liquidator registration be set aside.
Along with the suspension, the AAT decision also imposed a condition on Mr Kukulovski’s registration that, during the period from 15 January 2023 to 14 January 2026, Mr Kukulovski must not consent to be appointed and/or act in any role for which registration as a liquidator is at the time required unless the appointment is on a ‘joint’ basis with another registered liquidator.
Mr Kukulovski therefore cannot act in any role for which registration as a liquidator at the time is required on a sole or a ‘joint and several’ basis during the period 15 January 2023 to 14 January 2026.
