According to its website, it claims license and regulation by the Brokerage Entity (BE) and Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) (license no. RF_24BF10C). Our investigation shows that it is unreliable that it is regulated by BE. After our verification, we found that BE is not a qualified regulatory agency. It can be seen that this piece of regulatory information is most likely written by the dealer to defraud customers. In addition, no matching information was found in the SCB.
